About the Series
The book of Daniel is an important book in the biblical canon, showing us a critical period of time in the history of redemption. During this time, the people of Israel were in exile in Babylon, and had to learn how to live faithful and God-honoring lives while away from their homeland. In 1 Peter, followers of Jesus are referred to as “elect exiles,” showing us that we have much in common with the people of God during the time of Daniel.
