Resurrection Sunday Gatherings

  • Lynnwood High School (map)

The resurrection of Jesus is the most unexpected, surprising, and world-changing event in human history. Jesus claimed to be able to give people eternal life. In his resurrection, he proved that his claims were true!

In Acts 26, the Apostle Paul asks a striking question:

Why is it so unbelievable to anyone that God raises the dead?

As incredible as it sounds, the resurrection of Jesus is the foundation of all Christian belief and practice, and Resurrection Sunday (Easter) is the most joyful, celebratory day of the year for Christians.

Join us this Easter as we explore how Jesus' resurrection changes the entire creation. We will gather for a time of singing, scripture reading, baptism, and teaching on the life-changing power of Jesus' resurrection.

Kids Ministry

Resurrection Sunday will be "family-style," meaning all children 5 years and older will be with us in the main worship gathering. Kids ministry will be available for 4 years and younger at all three gatherings.

Want to be Baptized?

We will be doing baptisms after all three services. If you want to get baptized, sign up by visiting scbc.do/getbaptized. We will have towels and a change of clothes for you, so the only thing you need to bring is you.
