How does being made in the image of a relational God change the priority you give relationships?
What could you do this week to cultivate delight in your marriage or a close friendship?
When has someone’s different perspective helped you grow? How do you usually respond to that tension?
How could resting in Christ’s love help you be more honest and less defensive with others?

Prayer Points

Thank God for making us for intimacy, and ask him to provide deep relationships as we make room for others.
Ask God to help us cultivate delight and receive the growth that comes through our differences.
Confess where shame makes us hide, and ask Jesus to deepen our security in his love so we can love others freely.

Reach One

As we continue to grow as Thoughtful Witnesses, we’re inviting everyone to “reach one” person that’s far from God by praying for them by name daily and engaging them in some way monthly (see the page below for ideas). To help encourage one another in this season, we’re asking each Community Group to discuss the following questions at least monthly.
