What is your “forbidden fruit,” and what deeper desire are you hoping it will satisfy?
How does shame lead you to hide from God or others? What helps you come out of hiding?
How does the cross answer these lies, and what step toward Jesus could you take this week?

Prayer Points

Ask God to expose the lies you believe and deepen your trust in his wisdom and goodness.
Confess where you have reached for forbidden fruit or hidden in shame, and receive his grace.
Thank Jesus for bearing our curse and defeating the serpent; ask for courage to come out of hiding.
