Join us as we gather from 7-8:30pm at the church offices on Friday, October 18th for a time of singing and prayer. For many, Sundays can be busy, and it can be hard to slow down. Perhaps you've even wanted to grow in prayer, but don't know how to start. This smaller, simple gathering is a time to step outside of the busyness and worry to join together in prayer.
As we pray, we experience unity, support one another, learn together, and grow to love God and one another more deeply. Life is weighty, and Jesus invites us to lay that burden down at his feet in exchange for his peace.
Prayer is an emphasis for Sound City in 2019 because we believe that it is so important. It’s an area each and every one of us can grow in, and one that the elder team believes is an area of growth for our church this year. Come be encouraged in your faith!
In addition to the Night of Prayer, you can also talk with the Prayer Team after the 9am and 11am Sunday services. They are located just out the doors from the lower level of the auditorium with a sign. And if you need prayer now, or it all seems a little intimidating, you can even submit a prayer request online.
